I started Agapetec in 2014 because small businesses kept getting the worst of both worlds: enterprise-grade problems and nobody who would own them. The phone company blamed the internet provider, the website designer had moved on, and nobody owned the whole picture.
I design and build the infrastructure myself — the network, the 3CX phone system, the hosting behind your website — and I’m the one who answers for it when something breaks. That is still how Agapetec works: one team that knows your setup, month-to-month, with the prices written down.
