TEC Application Form

In order to provide the best possible TEC experience, we may not accept more than 5 students from your school or parish to attend the same TEC retreat.

Contact your local parish for a printed application form, or download a web application form that you can print out and mail in to us.

You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view and print this application form. It's free and you can download Acrobat Reader at the bottom of this page.

Application Instructions

[ 1 ] The TEC Retreat Participant Application form and $70 fee are due at least FOUR WEEKS before the TEC!

[ 2 ] Make the check or money order payable to:   Agape TEC

[ 3 ] Mail both the Application form and fee to:

Prior to the retreat, you will receive a reminder and additional information in the mail.
